In order to qualify for admission for programs in Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, and Phlebotomy Technician, applicants must have received a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D). For admission into the college’s program in Nursing Assistant, a student who does not have a high school diploma or GED must demonstrate an ability-to-benefit by taking a New York State approved standardized ability to benefit (ATB) examination. To obtain information about and make an arrangement for taking this examination, please contact the Admissions Office.
